网络首发的至少存在年，

然后考虑到目前一些纯电子刊没有期卷，但也有页，所以这个规则的目的是在于如果这四种同时不存在，并且还不是出版中，那么一定是错误的。

在线未见刊的文章我觉得可以这样处理：
如果期卷页同时不存在，但年存在，无论extra有没有标记网络首发，都从crossref获取最新的数据，看数据里有没有出版时间，有则更新。
