Enhancement: Fetch subreddit metadata

I think it would be great if <snoowrap>.getSubreddit(...) returned the metadata for that particular subreddit so we can fetch information on a subreddit such as icon urls and descriptions etc

(I may be totally wrong ane this may already be a feature so let me know if this already exists and how to get said information)
