|REQUEST] CHD compression + M3u for segacd32x games

Hello

CHD is a format used by many emulators
I should be great to use the segacd32x roms in CHD and not in ISO

M3U support could be great too
(there is 12 games that has 2 discs or more)

Bump. Any update on CHD support? Many game sets don't come in anything but CHD and there are several CD+32X games that don't work because this is the only core that would be able to play them.

You should use the irixxxx's fork here which is maintained and has CHD support: https://github.com/irixxxx/picodrive
