* Use newer keycloak as default, when using it as builtin. This is still a very in-secure option and should not be used in real production machines. * Add new default mode of using prebuilt images for easier deployment It's possible to switch to clone+build mode by supplying the deploy branch as a variable. It's possible to switch between the two modes on same host, but moving from prebuilt to clone+build will remove the install directory first
