Implement profile page with following options:

• Update name
• Update new letter subscription
• Delete account (pending: #

There should be a link on the more menu to profile

We should have a are you superduper sure dialog - with the primary button being cancel and the secondary button being yes. Portenially also a checkbox that they have to click saying you will lost all you progress or something

After delete is completed they should return to login page
