Cell nodal id ordering

Hi there,

I am working on a meshing related algorithm that requires me to have the connectivity between two nodes.

I am just wondering about the cell data (that contains a list of nodal ids). Does the order of the node ids follow specific rules and how do I extract connectivity from the list?

I have attached the nodal id order of Abaqus software. I could say the node 1 have connection with node 2, 4 and 5 etc.. I guess meshio must have something same/similar.
