Add functionality to allow users to specify a custom SSL Certificate or bypass certificate verification during SSL/TLS handshake in earthaccess.download()

I am unable to use earthaccess.download() as I need to either specify a custom SSL Certificate or set SSL verify to False.

Can you please elaborate? Why do you require this?

I require this in order to download data while on site at my facility. I confirmed with a colleague that they encountered the same roadblock as well.

I believe other users have had success using a proxy. Does your facility have a proxy that you can use? I don't know much about this, @chuckwondo can you help out?
