Google Play Store Rejecting the Apps which are using Tencent TBS SDK

Problem
Apps are getting rejected in the store, here is the message from rejection details:

Issue with your app
We found that your app is using Tencent TBS SDK which contains code to download executable code (e.g. dex, JAR, .so files) from a source other than Google Play.

If necessary, you can consult your SDK provider(s) for further information.

Affected Version(s):
App Bundle:2, App Bundle:2, App Bundle:2

Found that flutter_easyloading v3.0.5 is using this SDK. Is it true?

I think that because of some other dependency in your app, this doesn't have any Tencent libs.
