Refactor LSP configuration #2

The current LSP configuration is mostly default, and isn't optimized.
Formatter, linter are missing right now.
null-ls is getting archived: IMPORTANT: Archiving null-ls jose-elias-alvarez/null-ls.nvim#1621 . Should be replaced by a fork or an alternative (candidates: nvim-lint & formatter.nvim).

Replace null-ls with the combination of formatter.nvim and nvim-lint Close-Issue: #2
