This is by no means a canonical config. I am sharing it here because it took hours to get this right and it might help someone else building with nucypher.
My craco (Create React App w/ Config Override) application makes use of many packages, including ethers.js, xstate, antd, web3-onboard, ipfs-api , walletconnect, and of course nucypher/taco.
The babel presets and plugins are for web3-onboard, ethers and nucypher shared libs. craco.config.js.txt
