Erreur 503 du healthcheck remontée par Cyril AECK sur TCHAP France transfert le 30/07/2024

=> d'après les investigations qu'on a pu mener, cela serait dû à des instabilités réseau ponctuelles. Néanmoins il ne semblait pas y avoir de maintenance ou d'incident d'après les infos communiquées par l'hébergeur. La plateforme semble être pleinement opérationnelle vers 16h30.
