Add a button to lock a meeting

A conference locked indicator is displayed.

A message : Waiting for the Host is displayed for a new guest connexion

In meeting :
we hear the sound of a door knocking

the participants icon changes to warn that there is a person in the waiting room

all host participant can accepte or reject the guest with participant menu

a keyboard shortcut can lock or unlock meeting
