GKSu is now deprecated, and even though there is a new version available with a PolicyKit backend, it would make more sense to take full advantage of the PolicyKit framework for authentication.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Getting rid of gksu is already being discussed in a place I don't recall now and is needed for fixing #162.
