If a bug exists in multiple features, would they be considered a duplicate?

e.g.

  1. todo test|test causes the app to fail, but this affects the todo
  2. lab test|test causes the app to fail, but this affects the lab
  3. act test @ test|test causes the app to fail, but this affects the location of act

It is quite possible that the root cause of all these bugs are the same. So it is possible that they are duplicates.

Thank you Prof!

In that case, is there a way for me to mark my own reported bugs as duplicates? I did not mean to test the system, I was conflicted during Phase 1 if they were duplicates.

Errr.. ideally the team should take care of marking them as duplicates! In any case, now we cannot allow such changes as we have moved on to the next phase. So no, you can't mark the bugs as duplicates now
