[BUG]: Column preallocation performed in all PreallocatorMixin classes

Describe the bug.

For Non-linear pipelines this could be an issue if we have a pipeline like:

A->B-\
      |-> E
C->D-/

Where A and C are sources with the PreallocatorMixin, and D needs a column pre-allocated we want to perform the pre-allocation only in C, however currently it is performed in both A & C.
