* Set new minimums to Volta (compute 7), cuda-12.1 * Remove minimum driver version, and instead just document our cuda version. Currently our docs list
Pascal architecture GPU or better, however since this is now deprecated by rapids we should mark it deprecated as well.This probably also requires updating the minimum driver version as well.
