Injectable plugins configuration

It would be nice if Vim community would have a standard something like this:

-- Other plugins may set default configuration for other plugins
vim.pluginDefaults = {
  telescope = {
    borderchars  = ....
  }
}

-- In this case `.setup` would need to perform merge in the background
-- In this particular case ordering matters, we would need to explore options how to avoid that
require("telescope").setup({
  winblend = 0
})

This allows plugins like themes to tweak other plugin's configuration but does not restrict the user in any way

Why am I writing this here? because this repo would be a perfect place to standardize it

I will mention this thread to other plugin developers, let's see what they think

Oh, and I should mention that this is about creating a standard, it does not necessarily need to depend on plenary.nvim, it can easily be done as an optional dependency
