Pinning plugin versions

Hello, what is your advice to pin plugin versions? One could use lazy.nvim, but what if I want to follow the approach shown in the examples in the default config?

Oh, I just found it's using mini.deps. Super nice, especially the HEAD state.

I'd like to avoid adding too much in the comments. There is already basics of "how to add/update/snapshot" with a link to an overview that contains more details (specification, lazy loading, freezing, etc.).
