Idea: Filter boilerplates

Idea: Redesign the boilerplates so they take up less space than the current cards. Add filters at the top to filter by technologies used (maybe a typeahead dropdown), and a filter for features (automated builds, linting, etc).

The boilerplates could then be in a scrollable box where the size of the area won't be as overwhelming, and can grow more easily.
