I get a ton of jitters while the screen moves, and Vsync should make that silky smooth.

The game logic and rendering are currently locked at 50 fps, like in the original Cave Story. isage says:

I think we can atually uncap fps for drawing (which will allow vsunc) while keeping logic/movement running at 50.
