Load CSS/JS asynchronously

Google complains about the page load speed.

It would probably be better to load some things asynchronously.

Should be easy: the github "corner"
Harder: material icons css (initially display: none, make visible upon loading the css or using the web font loader)
Probably too hard: ctfood js and css
