swap file issue when deploying

while deploying the server you can get

sudo stdout: swapon: /swapfile: swapon failed: Device or resource busy
sudo stderr: Nothing written

right now to fix this, ssh into the server and run:

sudo swapoff /swapfile

then try to deploy again and it should work.
