as an admin i want to be able to intuitively understand what the "Load Default Components to Database" and "Export Components to Zipfile" buttons do.
when I scan the "Load Default Components to Database" button, the https://material.io/resources/icons/?icon=cloud_upload&style=sharp icon indicates the function: system files will be loaded to my instance.
when I scan the "Export Components to Zipfile" button––which is positioned inline below the "Load" button––the https://material.io/resources/icons/?icon=cloud_download&style=sharp icon indicates the function: system files will be exported to my device.

DGL (dynamic gui logic) future enhancement: the "Export Components to Zipfile" button is only displayed when at least one Component is detected.
