[Feature]: Overhaul Account page "top card" for Consensus and EVM ParaTimes

DESCRIPTION

Currently, the Account page "top info card" for Consensus and an EVM ParaTimes, e.g. Sapphire, shows very different things:

I think making these 2 cards more "feature pair" would be useful both from the actual information viewpoint as well as from the UX viewpoint.

For example, the following is probably useful in both cases:

• First activity
• Nonce (see [Feature]: Show account nonce #1725)
• Transactions
• Fiat value

For the Fiat value, perhaps it will make more sense to show it in parenthesis next to the displayed ROSE value?

And for EVM ParaTimes, we could display the fiat value of ERC-20 tokens for which we have the data for as well (e.g. wROSE in the example above)?
And then have something like "Total Balance", "Native Balance", "Tokens Balance" on the Sapphire side?
