An/A in definition

When looking at description at the workshop, Paola spotted an error that she said could be fixed relatively easily.

Currently our DOSDP pattern starts everything with "A" (eg "A oligodendrocyte...") when at times it should be an (eg "An oligodendrocyte). Paola mentioned that we should be able to write in the DOSDP pattern to use "An" when the starting letter of the next word is a vowel.

Inflect can handle this.

But in the dosdp pattern, we should be able to tag/annotate the indefinite article to be automatically manipulated. Or we can automatically apply this to all articles that exists before variables.
