We should record

cell_set_alias_assignee cell_set_alias_citation
  • some free text description of evidence as an rdfs:comment on the subClassOf axioms added in {taxonomy_id}_non_taxonomy_classification.tsv

This information comes from the relevant taxonomy table, e.g. nomenclature_table_CCN202002013.csv
