Microsoft Rate limiting error for over 4 days now

I keep seeing the same try again in 30 minutes error on the importer page for 4 days now. The import worked well for the first few notebooks.

Hello,
Could you please install the importer file I've linked below?

1. Download this file: importer.zip
2. Unzip it
3. Place the main.js in YourVault/.obsidian/plugins/obsidian-importer and replace the main.js that's in already there.
4. Close and reopen Obsidian.

After following the steps above, please run the Importer again. After seeing the error message, could you please open the developer console and look for red error messages and send us screenshots?

I was getting this error before

After I swapped main.js I no longer get the rate limiting message.

What was the issue?
