Expected Behavior

When listing the Encoder Settings it should also show the selected Up/Downscale Filter when the Output is resized through Settings->Output->RescaleOutput analog to how is already done with Settings->Video->Downscale Filter

(The new Resolution is shown but not the Filter)

Current Behavior

When listing the Encoder Settings in logs it shows Up/Downscale Filter when the Output is resized through Settings->Video->Downscale Filter but not when done through Settings->Output->RescaleOutput

Steps to Reproduce

Test different Rescale settings and check the according log lines when starting a stream/recording

Anything else we should know?

in Logs for reference 11:16:02 is a encoder setting with no rescale while 11:16:40 is with a rescale but no mention of what filter was used
