The syntax used by sedlex for regexs is a bit... let's say baroque. :)

It would be nice to have Something of the form Re {|.... |}.

@Drup This is a rather old issue, but clearly one that should be fixed. Do you want to take a crack at it?

I really don't have time to dedicate to sedlex at the moment, sorry. :/

Maybe I'll take a crack at it then. Do you know any package that has a particularly good regex parser I might steal?
