Goal: Prep imagery for object tracking

What should our method do?

Allow OpenCV to interact with satellite images

How do we do it?

We may use Myranda’s script to first write images to .png, or OpenCV may be able to interact directly with numpy arrays

What questions or issues remain?

What other image preparations are necessary? For example, do we need to use erosion and dilation to better separate individual floes? Do we need to use histogram equalization to get uniform brightness?
