Description
I am doing this just as it is done for the Belize Sargassum Forecast System. Locations are generated based on the Eastern Caribbean Sargasso image provided by the U of South Fl Sargassum Watch Portal.
I do this on python but using Google Colab, everyone should be able to run it... until it reads in the NEMO bathymetry which I read in from my google drive.

I am hoping to use google Colab for the visualization tool in the workshop, so maybe a good idea to familiarize with it (is the same thing Ben is using for python class)
I saved the resulting locations at: /projectsa/CME/3DCaribbeanNEMO/Seeds/SargasoLocs1Sep2014.csv
And test ran them with PARCELS at: /projectsa/CME/3DCaribbeanNEMO/PARCELS/SargasoT1
They could run in LTRANS by adding a depth and time column, also more locations around these ones. This matlab scrpit does that:
