Hey, this extension is really great. In my office, we are using it to make documentation throught sample of code with polacode. It could be great to have the filename on title.

As you can see the code selected is from src/app/models/Line.ts it could be great to have an option to make it appear automatically (selecting the current opened file) or to let the user writing it in an input field.

The result could appear just before de code or in the top right corner for exemple.
