Add Grass Growing and Cutting

Grass grows all across the world and slows you down. Adds a new functionality for the sickle to cut grass. This encourages the player to cut the grass around their base or where they walk around frequently using the new sickle mechanic.

One thought: Can you make it such that it doesn't always cut grass unconditionally? Like, I think it would be good if it removed grass only when right clicking grass, not when harvesting other stuff. Then grass could still be used as a decorative element in farms without it being removed when harvesting fields.
