Spawn scroll should center player on block

Currently, if a server's spawn point is, say, 0,0, you won't spawn directly on that block, you'll spawn on its corner. It would be nice if the spawn scroll added 0.5 to each axis so that the player spawns centered on the block.

Spawn locations in minecraft are decimal coordinates, not blocks. The scroll teleports you to the exact spawn location set in your world, so adding 0.5 here would be wrong. Instead you should fix your spawn location, if it teleports to you to the block corner that just means that your spawn acutally is set to (0.0,0.0) instead of (0.5,0.5).

vane-admin has a /setspawn command that uses the exact location of the player for the spawn location.

Hi, I did some more research and the code doesn't support that line of reasoning. Spawn locations are actually integers. The vanilla /setworldspawn command only takes integers. The vane_trifles /setspawn command uses World.setSpawnLocation(loc) in the API, but the player's location is actually reduced to integers (see here), and the other parameters for that bukkit function also only take integer coordinates.

So, the adding of 0.5 to x and z needs to happen when the scroll is used, after the spawn location is grabbed. Should be a one line fix.
