no pv Forecast

## 📝 Issue Description

**What happened?**

i dont have any forecast from the PV

**Expected Behavior**
After Update the forecast dont work, i have akkudoktor, solecast and openmeteo try
After roleback to Version 0.3.35.296-develop the forecast is ok
