pv_forecast: Location-based PV source selected but no PV installations configured

Version: 0.3.36 (same issue with the develop version)

I'm running into this issue at first setup. I've already re-installed EOS connect including deleting the app-data.

However, I have entered and saved a PV installation (default values in this case):

After restart, EOS connect always loses the configuration due to this issue.

Is it a user error?

@laserranger3000 should be fixed with recent update on develop - maybe you can have a look
