I wanted to get it so the winner at any given spot on the plot was clear, but it was hard/impossible to do in matlab. R might be the thing there.

What do you think of the plots in general?

Without major changes, I think all they need are some cosmetic things, such as making lines thicker and fonts bigger. For plotting recently I was using matplotlib in python, which I though was pretty much the same as matlab. I don't have good ideas about how to make the plots more clear without adding text labels or putting symbols near the critical points.

I'll do this in R i think. It has a ternary library. I think the ternaries really need to show who is the winner in any given spot. Possibly with vectors showing the direction of movement. From my analysis there are two equlibria, pure D or pure TFT. would be nice to show that clearer.
