rspec-its support

Hey 👋

It would be great if this plugin also supported rspec-its style specs. I have it working locally by simply adding |its right after it in the queries.

I was thinkg of doing a pull request but I'm struggling to get the plugin tests running locally. Some of the existing ones are failing and I'm not sure why.

I got the tests running (raised defer_fn timeout to 2000 instead of 1000). I will attempt a PR. Please let me know though if you are against this. 😄
