reCaptcha - Production ready - CodeIgniter 2.1.0

This CodeIgniter library handles calling the reCAPTCHA service  (http://www.google.com/recaptcha)

Modification and fixes of the library by Jon Trelfa <[email protected]> (http://codeigniter.com/wiki/ReCAPTCHA) which appeared to have 'stalled'.
