Update LaTeX to v0.1.7 (zed-industries#1924)

## Change~~s~~
- Improve autoconfig so that inverse-search (with sioyek or zathura)
works in more scenarios out of the box, such as when zed is installed
with flatpak or certain package managers on Linux
