kvmadm is still referenced despite being no longer available #51
Description
In virtualmachineskvm.md (presented as https://omnios.org/info/virtualmachineskvm) there is a recommendation to use the kvmadm utility, and instructions on how to install it for r151056.
This despite the fact that kvmadm was removed from the extra repository back in January 2022, so the instructions haven't worked for a while, and only confuse users, so references to kvmadm should either be removed entirely, or qualified as being applicable to older releases only.
