  • Change travis emulator to API 26 for tests that need it
  • Make travis run instrumented tests

This helps to run API 26 specific instrumented tests

Update the TravisCI build file:
 - Use Ubuntu 16.04 to run the build
 - Make the ANDROID_TARGET and ANDROID_ABI environment variables global
 - Use an ARM ABI v7 emulator

Switch the Travis-CI build to Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial). Also don't require
sudo to build the project.

Changing strategy to trying to moving the builds to Drone CI since we have control over that.
