keepGroupNames option doesn't work #19
Description
When using "onaDownload", adding the "keepGroupNames" option doesn't seem to have any effect on the data. I have one Ona dataset that always has the group names included, regardless of whether this option is set to TRUE or FALSE, and another Ona dataset that never has the group names included, regardless of whether this option is set to TRUE or FALSE.
In fact, it's mysterious to me how it is deciding whether the group names are included. The behavior has changed on different occasions, despite no changes to the code itself. That is, there is a dataset I am downloading from Ona that usually has the group names included, but occasionally does not, despite running the same exact code.
