Feature request: Optimize for use on mobile phones.

Pinch to zoom does not change zoom level on iPhone. Tested with Safari, Firefox and Chrome on iPhone.

Might be a matter of adding a gesturechange listener. I have no iDevices to verify, though. Would be willing to accept a PR here, as I am little bit out of time.
