flow init accepts . as project name then fails

Issue Description:

Enter the name of your project

✔ No
❌ Command Error: failed to move temp directory to target directory: rename /var/folders/29/vb3kd4rj3xxdrx1nh41p4v300000gn/T/flow-cli-3695644037 /Users/briandoyle/src/account-linking-test-1: file exists

It should accept . and use the folder name as the project name.
