test release alpha / beta

I use archlinux and would like to test the future version.
it is possible to create an aur package (oni-git?) with the alpha / beta version?

There is a git package in AUR but it doesn't build currently. In theory you could simply modify the PKGBUILD file to use the beta version. I think when #2601 is merged it might build again.
