[Request] Layout Tab Toggle

It would be nice to have a feature to toggle between two layout tabs. Not strictly going forward/backward, but cycling between the current tab and the previously visited tab.

I would like this too - I often am using the layout tabs to bounce between like a terminal and open files. So it would be happen to just have a quick way to go back-and-forth between the 'last-used' tab.

I was looking to see if there was an existing Vim command for this, but doesn't look like it - we could expose a new command to make this easy.

its already there just not accesible with binding "i tried"
its also accesible in the Ui menu with View : Open Next Editor

might be wrong but both would miss a Command("workbench.action.quickOpenNavigatePreviousInEditorPicker"),
