How to use external API service?

is it possible to use services like deepinfra but using this webui? deepinfra does provide openai chat completion endpoints.
the reason i want to do is just so i can run those heavy models.
using this webui because its allowing me to use it on my local network so i can use it on mobile too, if there are other good alternatives to reach my goal please do suggest.
