Character cards not working?

I've got some character cards that I made to help me with some specific text generation (like rhyming, prompting, world building etc). I didn't use this for a while until today - after pulling the updates I noticed that I need to move my cards to user_data. So I did and my cards are shown in the Chat tab.

But none of them work.
Tried to reimport the cards. still not working.
tried to load them from the gallery. still not woring.

Am I doing something wrong or is this not a feature anymore? I'm really confused!
Any suggestions on how to make them work again is appreciated 🙏
