Reproduction

1. update to 4d466d5 (latest today)
2. start
3. i have a lot of old logs, if that matters

I copied settings-template.yaml to settings.yaml and restarted and the CPU usage problem went away, but the svelte tab errors are still there. So perhaps they were unrelated and it was an incompatible old setting.
